No, submitting the form is a request only. A lesson or class is confirmed after Kellie reviews availability, fit, required forms, and payment details.

Kellie reviews your request and follows up using the contact information you provide. She will confirm availability, talk through any next steps, and send payment instructions when the request is ready to move forward.

The calendar only shows times that are currently available within a 90 day window. If you would like to request a date and time that is outside of the 90 day window, please contact Kellie.

Yes for courses and workshops that need specific dates, such as ABCs of Cooking and Embroidery Workshop. Reading tutoring and private art lesson requests collect scheduling preferences instead, so Kellie can coordinate a time with you directly.

Lessons and classes are held in the Katy area. Address and arrival details are shared after booking details are arranged.

Payment is due before the class, lesson, or service unless another arrangement has been confirmed in advance. Kellie will send payment instructions after reviewing your request.

Kellie does her best to respond within 48 hours. She will use the contact information you provide, and you can also reach her through the contact page.

Kellie’s Table Mobile is an interest form for possible future in-home reading, cooking, and creative lessons. It is not a booking request or a guarantee of availability.

The Family Agreement outlines important policies, safety expectations, emergency information, and permissions for children participating at Kellie’s Table. A parent or legal guardian must review and complete the Family Agreement before a child participates. It only needs to be completed once per family unless updated information is needed.

Please contact Kellie as soon as possible, preferably at least 24 hours in advance. Because tutoring times, class spots, and materials are planned ahead, missed sessions or late cancellations may not be refundable and may be charged depending on the service arrangement.

Please keep your child home if they are sick, feverish, or showing symptoms that could affect other students. Kellie’s Table may ask that a child not participate if they appear unwell.

A parent, guardian, or approved adult should remain reachable during the child’s session and arrive on time for pick-up. Session location, arrival instructions, and pick-up expectations are shared directly after booking details are arranged.

Photos may occasionally be taken during lessons or classes. Photos will only be shared publicly when a parent or legal guardian has provided permission, and photo permission is optional.

Parent feedback may be lightly edited for length and clarity. Kellie will avoid using full names, identifying details, or photos publicly without permission.

Tutoring is designed for students in grades K–2. If your child is near that range, Kellie can help you decide whether Reading Table is a good fit.

Reading support is tailored to each child and may include phonics, decoding, fluency, comprehension, spelling, and sentence writing. Practice is based on the student’s current needs and goals.

Sessions are scheduled individually based on availability. You can share preferred days and times when submitting a registration request.

Sessions are available in 45- or 60-minute options.

Yes. Reading support is one-on-one and tailored to the student’s skills, goals, and confidence level.

Nothing special is needed unless Kellie asks for a book, folder, or practice pages. If materials are sent home, please bring them back when requested.

Kellie shares feedback with parents or guardians as appropriate, including skills practiced, areas of progress, and helpful ideas for continued practice at home.

Stand-Alone Cooking Lessons are individual book-inspired cooking lessons. ABCs of Cooking is a progressive three-part course with Class A, Class B, and Class C; Class A builds the foundation and is required before Class B or Class C.

No prior cooking experience is needed. Kitchen Table classes and lessons are beginner-friendly and designed for elementary-age students.

Stand-Alone Cooking Lessons and ABCs of Cooking classes are available for 1–4 students.

Cooking lessons run 2–3 hours depending on group size. Lessons for 1 or 2 students run 2 hours, and lessons for 3 or 4 students run 3 hours.

Yes. Ingredients, recipes, and class materials are included.

Recipes emphasize gluten-free, refined-sugar-free, dairy-free, and peanut-free cooking, with organic ingredients used whenever recipes are prepared. Families should still share all allergies and dietary concerns before enrollment.

Please share allergies, sensitivities, dietary restrictions, and medical concerns before registration. Kellie reviews the recipes and kitchen setup, but Kellie’s Table cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Students should wear comfortable clothing that can handle normal kitchen messes. Cooking may involve spills, food prep, flour, sauces, or other ingredients that can stain clothing.

Students may use kid-safe knives as part of cooking instruction. Please contact Kellie if you prefer your child not to use a knife.

That is okay. The goal is also to build kitchen skills, independence, and hospitality by preparing food for others.

Art Table activities are generally designed for students in grades K–4, with projects adjusted for children’s ages and skill levels.

Private Art Lessons are one-on-one sessions scheduled around your preferred days and times. Embroidery Workshop is a complete four-class beginner series for 1–4 students.

Yes. Art materials and supplies are provided, including the starter kit and workshop materials for Embroidery Workshop.

Students should wear comfortable clothing that can handle normal art messes. Activities may involve paint, markers, glue, ink, or other materials that can stain clothing.

Private Art Lessons are 60 minutes each. Embroidery Workshop includes four 90-minute classes.

A keepsake photo book is a custom-designed book made from your digital photos. It can be created for family memories, birthdays, milestones, classes, vacations, holidays, or other special events.

You share photos and project details, Kellie designs the book, you review it, and the approved project is prepared for printing or production.

Most projects take 2–4 weeks after files are received. Larger books, extra edits, printing, shipping, or a more detailed layout may affect the timeline.

The timeline begins once Kellie has received the photos or files and the project details needed to begin the design.

Kellie will provide instructions for sharing photos and project details after the project is discussed.

Send any details you’d like included in the book, such as names, dates, captions, quotes, or special notes. You can also share any style preferences and let Kellie know about important moments or people you’d especially like highlighted.

Photo books are custom quoted based on book size, photo count, layout detail, captions, edits, printing needs, and timeline. Simple books start around $75, while detailed custom projects are typically $125–$250+.

It depends on the project. Printing may be quoted separately or included in the final quote, and shipping or delivery needs can affect the total cost.
